All returns must be made within thirty days after receipt of shipment.  Only current items in their original cartons, standard package quantities are subject to return.Return shipments must be pre-paid and shipped in accordance with the instructions set forth on the return authorization form.  At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Credit or gift cards may be issued, less any transportation charges and service charges to cover handling, inspection, counting, repackaging, restocking fees, etc.Any custom made, custom finished, or custom artwork designs are non-returnable.  Item will be inspected upon receipt and a credit will be issued to original credit card on file or a gift card will be issued to the recipient 15 days after we receive your item at our returns department. A return handling charge of 15% may apply to the refund amount.

Items will be packaged and shipped to the information provided by the buyer at checkout. Expected delivery time will be approximately 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. Please see our shipping policy for more information!
